Vision on wheels teleophthalmology project of Radhatri Nethralaya at Tiruvallur. 8 babies screened for blinding disorders by Retcam and prevented from becoming blind and one baby shifted for free treatment for bleeding in the eye to Radhatri Nethralaya.
