The first Vision on wheels teleophthalmology project of Radhatri Nethralaya at the tribal belt of Kakkadasam, Krishnagiri district, 360 kms from Chennai. 59 babies screened for blinding disorders by Retcam and prevented from becoming blind and two babies shifted for free vision preserving laser surgery to Radhatri Nethralaya.
